Bright, friendly city apartment in an Art Nouveau house. The apartment consists of four rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom on the second floor. The apartment is in the center of the small old town of Wolfratshausen. You will find everything you need in the apartment. It is equipped with complete kitchen, bathroom and bedroom equipment. Due to the high ceilings and many windows you have a lot of light. A study with desk and Wi-Fi is also at your disposal. The space Of course, all rooms are available for you to use. The bedroom has a bed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm. In the living room, there is a couch (no sofa bed) with these dimensions as well. Available are: TV Wi-Fi / Internet access In the bathroom: 2 sinks and shower, the toilet is separate. Hair dryer In the kitchen: ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker (Nespresso), microwave as well as sufficient crockery, pots and cutlery. Laundry rack, iron and ironing board Also sufficiently available are bed linen, towels and shower towels, rugs as well as kitchen towels and sets. If something else is needed, I can get it at any time because I live only 30 minutes away. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. However, I may occasionally use the meeting room, which is separate from the other rooms, for 2 hours during the day. However, I would definitely discuss this with you beforehand. Other things to note Please understand that I can only rent the accommodation for a maximum of 14 days, i.e. a long-term rental over several months is unfortunately not possible.
