A veranda opening from the king bedroom overlooks the dam and bushland which is an alternative spot for meals or to relax with a glass of wine. Located on the popular Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail, where guests are walking distance to outstanding boutique wineries. Latitude 32 is right next door, Jac & Jones is a short stroll down the lane, known for its unique off-grid wines. Other nearby cellar doors include Tintilla Estate, Piggs Peake, Iron Bark Hill Brewhouse, McCaffrey’s Estate, and Enzo’s weddings at Iron Bark Hill. For coffee, cocktails, or a relaxed bite, Ned’s Café + Bar is located in the Piggs Peake courtyard and open Thursday to Sunday from 9:00am. On Sundays, guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to the Pokolbin Markets (8:00am–1:00pm), showcasing local produce, artisan goods, and regional flavours.
