Yes! You get the whole apartment. It's nice, in a family neighborhood and very near a metro stop. Please send an INQUIRY first (not a booking request) and wait to hear back from us -- we always need to check the dates. :) Check-in is okay anytime between 9am and 9pm. When you send an inquiry, please include the time your plane is scheduled to land. Not available for filming or events. PLEASE NOTE: We do not charge a cleaning fee. Guests should leave the place clean and clear of rubbish. The space A whole, top-floor apartment: a bedroom (with real bed), study (with sofa bed), bathroom, living room, kitchen and a storage room. It's about 55 square meters (600 square feet), plus the balcony. Please send an INQUIRY and wait to hear back from us BEFORE sending a booking request. We always need to check the dates. Living room: TV and lots of DVDs. Cable TV (English, Chinese and Japanese.) Air conditioner. Bedroom 1: One double bed. It's new and comfortable. Shelves and drawers. Air conditioner. Study/Bedroom 2: A dining table, chairs, sofa bed, portable air cooler. Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking. Small oven, two gas burners, a fridge, pots, pans and crockery. Kitchen sink has only cold water (use the kettle for hot water if needed). A washing machine, but no dryer. Hang clothes to dry on the balcony. *No microwave* Storage room: A lot of our things are stored here. You are welcome to store your things here, too. Wireless Internet throughout the apartment. Our friends and family who have stayed really like it, but it's an old building that is a bit run-down. Please take a good look at the photos. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there's no elevator. Please tell us a little about yourself before you book, or let us know if you have any questions. There is no smoking in this apartment. PLEASE NOTE: We do not charge a cleaning fee. If you stay more than two weeks, please clean the place on check-out and clear any rubbish. We clean a second time before new guests arrive, but it's much easier if the place is left clean.
