It is very cool and pleasant in summer and also has air conditioning (hot and cold), as well as a cozy fireplace in winter. In our house you will find all the services you need for your trip: towels, shampoo, body gel, bed linen, air conditioning, hair dryer, as well as kitchen utensils, Italian, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster and everything you may need to feel like you are at home. In addition, in our villa you will enjoy the tranquility and discretion of the environment, surrounded by a garden with fruit trees as well as a forest area with a barbecue area. It is located in an exclusive area five minutes by car from the port of Mahón and ten minutes from the best beaches of San Luis. When we enter the villa we access a large parking area with space for two vehicles. From there we have the entrance to the house which also has two areas of fruit trees on each side. Once we enter the house on the first floor we can access an independent area with two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed. These two rooms have their own bathroom. Continuing the entrance of the house and passing the independent area of ​​the bedrooms we find the first living room, a pleasant area with a sofa, books and a board games area and TV. Continuing we have a bathroom with a sink, a shower and a toilet, followed by the laundry room which has a washing machine, an iron and a clothes drying area.
