Our apartment, approx. 40 sqm with beautiful large terrace is located in a 2018 newly built townhouse. It is located only 50 m from the Havel river, close to the Heilig-Geist Residenz. The city palace and the new Palais Barbarini in the historic centre of Potsdam are only 800 m away. All parks and sights, such as Park Sanssouci, Neuer Garten with Schloss Cecilienhof but also the city centre with the Holländerviertel can be reached from here in a few minutes on foot. The space The apartment is modern and furnished with everything that belongs to it (Queensize box spring mattress, kitchen with dishwasher, large bathroom with shower and daylight, underfloor heating, TV, W-Lan etc...). A highlight is certainly the large terrace facing the garden, which can only be used by you. The apartment has a separate entrance. A free car parking space is also at your disposal. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and you can relax in the entire apartment. A car parking space is also availablel. Other things to note We have a nice big terrace where you can relax when the weather is nice and are located 50 metres away from the water /Havel.
