A cosy 1860s Victorian cottage located opposite Windsor Racecourse. Just under a 3-5 minute drive to Windsor Castle and 8-10 minutes to Legoland, with an easy train ride to London via the Elizabeth Line. Lapland UK is only 20 minutes away by car. Ideal for families visiting Legoland and Windsor Castle, couples looking for a getaway, or friends seeking a relaxing time. Perfect for race days or events at Windsor Racecourse, with Dorney Lake just 10-15 minutes away. The space The cottage has a cosy front room with a Smart TV and ornamental fireplace, a dining room with a large table, a farmhouse kitchen with a washing machine and microwave, and a conservatory with a corner sofa and table. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a view of the racecourse, and the second bedroom has a bunkbed. The bathroom includes both a bath and shower. New: The Lego Loft room is a fun chill-out space for kids with lego, board games and books. Outside, there’s a garden with a table tennis table in the garage, plus an outdoor seating area with a corner sofa, table, and parasol for warmer months. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms in the cottage, plus garden and garage which is also suitable to store bikes. Other things to note BIRTHDAYS at Legoland: Contact Legoland Windsor direct if you would like to have your birthday and name on their birthday board ❤️💙💛 TOWELS: We are happy to provide children's swim towels for their use for the Legoland splash area, Windsor Leisure Centre and Coral Reef in Bracknell. Please let us know if you would like to use these during your stay on booking. House towels are already provided for your stay. One large and one small per person. BEDDING: We provide both children and adult duvet bedding. We have a travel cot available on request, please bring your own baby bedding. GENERAL: We are from Windsor ourselves, so have lots of knowledge of places to visit and restaurants and pubs to choose from. As we are a royal tourist town, we have noticed that there is a larger flow of traffic, so just to make you aware at times you might hear some traffic noise, as the front of the property is situated on a main incoming road into Windsor. The back of the house and the bunkbed rooms are in a quiet position.
