Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room. The space The guest room is located in an independent part of the house that has been custom built over the years from a small country house dating back to 1895. This small estate is nestled in a cul-de-sac in the heart of nature, quiet and clean air awaits. The African atmosphere of the room, as well as the traditional and refined decoration of the living room will make you feel good in the guest space which includes a large living room-kitchen with fridge and microwave, as well as induction cooktop, and upstairs the bedroom, bathroom and an office area with accessible Wi-Fi. Possibility of having breakfast on site provided by us for an additional €3 per person, to be given in cash and to be agreed upon together beforehand so that we can plan what is necessary. Guest access The guest room is located in an independent part of the house, with a living room area and upstairs an office area, bedroom and bathroom. You will have access to your private space with an independent opening as well. The exterior is common and shared. Other things to note The house is 5 minutes from Locquirec, a beautiful seaside resort with a white sand beach and a charming harbor. You can also wander around the area, the beach and hikes/walks are not lacking in the area, such as small towns of character like Morlaix or Lannion.
