Working artist's studio - center

The space This is a 2 large bedrooms (35 sq. m.) in the working studio of a sculptor. The studio is large (170 sq. m) and consists of 5 rooms, which are also partly living space. The studio is a half-basement space. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and the room which is rented does not have a separate bath. The building is historic, with a unique architecture, built in 1902. We are 2 minutes walk to Chistii Prudi metro stop, and 10 minutes walk to Red Square. There are a lot of cafe's, bars, restaurants, shops, just minutes away. We are warm and friendly and like having guests in our home, and often our friends from the art world stop by and visit.
