The space Cottage is very spacious with two large bedrooms, large living room, dining room and spacious kitchen with all new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Central air and heat. Direct access to the water. Easy access to many conveniences as well as restaurants and cafes. Guest access Guests have access to the patios in front and back of the property. Enjoy the gas bar-b-ques on the back patio and onsite washer and dryer There is one designated parking space per unit. Other things to note No smoking and no pets on property. Washer and dryer is free for guests convenience and is located in the common area. There will be a $500.00 fee charged if smoking occurs on the property.
