A private Annexe Room with a kitchenette & parking

A self catering annexe room attached to our home, facilities include an en-suite shower room, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, mini grill/oven, toaster and kettle. A private side entrance/ terrace leading to a parking space for one private car. Situated in the village of Heamoor which has a convenience store, cafe/takeaway, Public House and Chip shop. We are within a short walking distance to Penzance centre, Trengwainton National Trust gardens. We are very accessible on foot, by car or bus. The space The annexe includes an en-suite shower room and small kitchenette which exits via a private side entrance onto a private terrace area with seating leading to a parking space for 1 private car. The room will accommodate 4 guests, with 1 kingsize bed (can be split into 2 singles on request) and 2 bunk beds, a travel cot and bedguard are available. In the kitchenette you have use of a microwave, mini oven, fridge, toaster and kettle there is a good selection of plates/dishes and cutlery. Smoking is permitted in the outside areas. Guest access Guests have their own private access at the side of our house leading to a private parking space. Guests have access to a bedroom with en-suite shower room, kitchenette with table and chairs. A private outdoor terrace with seating. Other things to note This is a self catering space, breakfast is not provided. A lockbox is provided for self check in, the key will be available in the lockbox from the agreed check in time. I can be contacted by phone if necessary. The rooms are for the purpose of friends/families travelling for holidays/visits to the area. The rooms does not cater for groups of workers or partying guests. Parking is for 1 car only, larger vehicles cannot be accommodated. There is no facilities to charge electric vehicles at the property.
