Cosy cottage with hot tub - Bamboo Cottage

This delightful little stone cottage is set in our extensive garden and is part of Nevedic which means 'Little Sanctuary' in Breton. Built in the early 1700's in the heart of Southern Brittany's most beautiful countryside. We are near the River Blavet and in a conservation area, where the tranquility has hardly changed since Louis XIV's reign. There are a multitude of walks, and cycle rides on our doorstep - no need to use the car! The space The lounge has a leather sofa and modern log effect panel heater. There is a TVwhich connects to both English and French systems. The fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with all your needs to produce and serve locally purchased French produce. We provide a generous welcome pack of local produce and also Fair Trade coffee and tea to start you off. On a mezzzanine is the double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room equiped with modern sink unit, WC and shower. Here you can prepare yourself for an amazing day with fluffy towels, luxurious robes and Body Shop products. The bedroom has a beautiful vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. The comfortable bed comes with quality bed linen for a restful nights sleep. For those who need to keep in touch free wi-fi is available. Guest access You have exclusive use of the cottage and the garden is available for you to enjoy and has ample seating, loungers, dining area and little corners where you can sit and read or enjoy a glass of wine. We have a wood fired hot tub which you can use and it is an amazing experience to relax under the stars in our candle-lit tub area. Please be aware that the use of the hot tub is by prior arrangement due to scheduling its emptying, cleaning, refilling and reheating between users. There iso a charcoal barbecue available. We have on site parking. Other things to note We are happy to offer accompanied walks, give advice for running routes and support bike rides. We can to provide suggestions of routes to suit all levels of experience. Maps are available for your use. The TV broadcasts French and English channels.
