The space This generous sized, two story, detached townhouse caters perfectly for groups. Upstairs consist of a large living area with gas fire place and split system, newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen (including coffee machine), and main bed and bathroom. The large deck comes off the main living, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining. Downstairs has it’s own living space, 2 queen bedrooms plus a sofa bed, full bathroom (including bath), laundry and separate toilet. The Cape Schanck Golf Course betting hole is just outside the bottom floor sliding doors. The private tennis court (shared with 8 other apartments) can be seen from the deck so parents can watch kids play. The brand new Cape Schanck Resort Spa, golf course and restaurants are a short stroll from the house. The National, St Andrews, Moonah Links and The Dune golf courses are all a short drive away. The Peninsula Hot Springs and the brand new St Andrews Brewery are around a 10 minute drive away. Guest access The two private car spaces back onto the house, accessible by double doors from the main living area. The downstairs spaces can also be accessed through separate glass sliding doors.
