Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Quena combines rustic materials with modern finishing to create a unique design in this 2 bedroom 70 square meter flat. As you walk into the flat, the entrance has a full length mirror facing the kitchen. The kitchen, newly finished with black vinyls, is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. In the dining area, find a custom-made geometric wood decor contrasting the black wall next to the round dining table. The living room has a dedicated work area next to the lounge area, fitted with a sofa and pouffe. A balcony opens to a fresh breeze and Spanish sun. The first bedroom is characterized by vibrant green tones contrasting the black and white photographs of Brazilian jungles. The second bedroom has distinct wood panelling decor on the wall as well as on the large wardrobes. There is a secondary balcony accessible from this bedroom. Both bedrooms come with queen-sized beds and fresh linens. The full bathroom has a shower with a rain head and brand new towels. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay. This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
