Modern double bedroom in semi-detached house, furnished to a high standard in a quiet, peaceful and safe residential area. The room is south facing and has a very comfortable, warm, double bed. Full use of kitchen. Tea, coffee included. My place is clean, tidy, fresh and neat. Free ample parking on private drive. Close to the Quantocks and Mendip Hills both AONB, with easy access to M5 and Cannington. Near NDR/J24 for buses to HPC. Large double garage to store bikes, luggage, walking boots etc. The space Living in shared house including shared bathroom. This has recently been updated to a high standard which includes a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. (pictures to follow). Free to use kitchen, lounge and dining area. Tea and coffee available. Free use of double garage for storage if required. Large back garden with bench seating and table plus free ample parking on private drive. Full Wifi. Conveniently close to local shops and amenities. Close links to tourist sites in the South West as far as Cornwall to business areas in London and the north. Bristol is 40 miles north, Exeter 45 miles south. Cannington, Hinkley and Sedgmoor sites about 12-15 minutes away by car. HPC bus stops very nearby so you can leave your car parked on the drive. Guest access You will be sharing the house including bathroom, kitchen and lounge/diner with the host. I work during the week days and out some of the evenings. You can expect a lot of quiet times. The house and area is very peaceful. Guests also has access to the garden. During your stay Apart from meeting and greeting you when possible, introducing you to my home and area, there will be minimal interaction and disturbance unless guest prefer to engage in conversation. I respect your privacy. I will be available to respond to any queries and to support when and where I can, and will also aim to see you before your departure. Other things to note If guests are travelling without their own transport, I can assist with dropping off to certain places, time/distance permitting, to help with their travels if necessary. I can also book taxis if required. Guests can also use the large garage space to store luggage, bikes, dirty boots, etc if required.
