This modern and contemporary converted barn has been renovated and furnished to take full advantage of its fantastic rural location and spectacular coastal views stretching from Crow Point to Hartland. Stunning countryside views can be admired throughout the property. The main living area is light and spacious and retains many of the original features including a high vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and stone wall combined with contemporary furnishings. A large sofa, armchair, woodburner and a Smart TV, along with large bi-fold doors that open out onto the terrace provides a wonderful space to curl up and watch TV or simply relax and admire the long stretching views. A well-equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven with hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, and a dining table to seat 4 people. Huge windows overlook the garden and countryside beyond and a door leads out onto the main terrace, ideal if you fancy dining ‘al-fresco’ style. There are also two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom is accessed from a few steps up from the lounge area. This bedroom has a double bed and its own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom and bathroom is located down a few steps from the kitchen area. This bedroom can either be made up as a double or twin (with two 2’6” single beds) depending on your requirements, and also benefits from direct access onto the terrace. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead, wash basin and WC. Outside, the cottage benefits from a fully enclosed garden, with a main terrace and private hot tub. Sit back, relax and admire the views from the hot tub after days exploring or enjoy a glass of wine or meal from the terrace. 1 dog is allowed at Springfield Linney.
