The space Our villa number 14, is designed and styled in a contemporary, relaxed and comfortable way. Beds are extremely good quality with crisp, cool, Egyptian cotton bed linen, soft, luxurious bright white towels, for bath, showers, hand and pool. Kitchen is very well equipped with glasses, cups, plates, pots and pans, together with separate grill, micro wave, kettle and fridge freezer. Guest access Guests have the use of two large pools with wonderful sun loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Balconies to upstairs and downstairs rooms. Terrace with small table and chairs for morning coffee overlooking two pools. Parking and 24 hour security, fans and air conditioning in each room, luxurious bathroom with wet shower area, fabulous built in bath, WC and sink on glass shelf off main master bedroom and ensuite complete with walk in shower , WC and sink on glass shelf in second bedroom. Triple wardrobes in each bedroom with a safe deposit box and lock and key for bottom drawer in wardrobe. Black out linings on fabulous neutral coloured curtains to ensure a good nights sleep, with light voile curtains for coolness during the day when balcony doors may be open.Teak finished staircase, low voltage spot lights, fabulously comfortable corner sofa, large TV, WI FI, downstairs WC with fantastic views over the pool at the front and coconut grove at the back. Other things to note On arrival at Ko Samui airport, if taking a taxi, please ask for Choengmon Mon Gardens, situated 100metres up from the Melia Hotel. It is situated beside Panya resort on the road toward Chaweng. There is a concrete lane up to Choengmon Gardens beside a bridal shop and close to the 30 mile an hour speed limit sign on the main road. You will see a large green sign, CHOENGMON GARDENS ON THE LEFT, Minimum booking is 4 nights. Also please note, electricity used will be paid day before you leave. Kindly conserve electricity by turning off air condition units and fans when house is empty. This will keep your electricity bill to a minimum. We also ask that a 5000thai baht deposit is provided on the day of checking in for long term stays. This is returned after an inspection of the property on day of checkout. Please note Electricity is charged at 7 Thai Bahts per 1 KW per meter and a reading is taken on arrival and departure day and charged to guests. Guests can leave the small amount with the security guard once the manager confirms the units used. A picture is taken on arrival of the electricity unit and picture taken at the end of your stay.
