We live in new and diverse Central Park/Northfield neighborhood. We love sharing our space and neighborhood with those visiting the Mile High City. We are located between the airport and downtown and are 5 minutes away from the Central Park Station RTD "A" line which takes you to the airport or the "E" line which takes you to downtown. This space is close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. This sparkling clean, cozy space is ideal for business travel or a relaxing getaway. The space The Space: This home was built in 2016 and designed with an attached private mother-in-law suite on the main floor with a separate entrance and 24 hour keyless entry. During your stay you will have your own kitchenette with sink, full size refrigerator, convection microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker and electric tea pot with coffee and tea provided. A breakfast nook is situated in the kitchen for you to enjoy your meals, play some games (some games provided) or do some work. We've found that the nook is also the perfect height for a standing work desk. The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa with recliners on both sides. Relax on the sofa and enjoy the 55" high definition Smart TV. This TV has Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other apps (personal login info required) in addition to local stations which is all accessible through the free high speed internet provided during your stay with us. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a ceiling fan to keep you cool, and both blinds and a curtains in order to create a dark room if desired! The bathroom offers a large walk in shower (no tub) and we provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer for ease of travel. You will also have your own full size washer and dryer (detergent provided) which is located in the walk-in closet in the bedroom. We also supply an iron, ironing board, space heater and an oscillating fan. Parking: There is plenty of free parking on the street, we just ask that you try to park in front of our house as we like to keep our neighbors happy as well! Additional notes: -This space shares one wall and ceilings with the main house. When we built the house we put in sound attenuating insulation to help reduce transfer of noise between the two areas. - This space is not wheelchair accessible. Guest access This is a private suite with it's own entrance and a 24 hour keyless entry, therefore you will have exclusive to access to the whole space. Other things to note We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. We ask that you do NOT smoke (vape or otherwise) anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Photo ID is required upon request.
