Vanderlip Hutchings House

Built in 1816, Vanderlip Hutchings House is a luxurious heritage home, located in the heart of historic Niagara-on-the-Lake, one block from Queen Street and steps to pubs, shops, restaurants, art galleries and the Shaw Theatre. North America’s oldest golf course is just five minutes away. The house underwent renovations that added two extensions to the original home. It is presently 3200 sq.ft. of modern luxurious living space, yet keeps many of the original features and all of its charm. The space The property is fully fenced and boasts a cottage garden and two fountains. Inside, there is one 4 piece bathroom on the ground floor adjacent to the Great Room, one 3 piece bathroom off the Master suite and one 3 piece bathroom upstairs. The Great room is a large, comfortable space for entertaining with a flat screen tv and a gas fireplace. There is also a gas fireplace in the dining room. Portable fans are provided in the upstairs bedrooms in case the weather is exceptionally hot. There are 2 Smart tv’s, the second one being in the Morning room. All of our linens and towels are professionally cleaned between every guest visit. Guest access We have parking for 3 vehicles. No need for a car to get to town as we are one minute’s walk away from Queen Street, 5 minute’s walk to the Shaw and 6-7 minute’s walk to the water. Other things to note Covid protocols Here are a few things we are doing to help protect you, our guest, during the Covid 19 pandemic. We willl leave at least 24 hours between each reservation, so there are no same day turnovers. We will thoroughly disinfect all surfaces after our standard cleaning operation. We will provide extra disinfectant cleansers (under the kitchen sink) for guest use. Registration Details 005-2022
