LOCATION.This is a beautiful quiet area. Whole Attic level period house on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. BIKE PARK WALES. Walk in wardrobe, small lounge, sofa, coffee table,TV, desk massage chair, WiFi, mini fridge, tea coffee facility, Velux Cabrio balcony overlooking the mountains forestry,valley. Parking,walled garden, electric gate. Walking distance to village shops, pubs, restaurants, bus every 15 minutes to town centre,Cardiff connection by bus or train every 15 minutes. The space 2 double bedrooms with guest sitting room smart TV. Bedroom 1 has double bed,cot and another TV space for folding beds in each room if required. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, space for single folding bed en-suite bathroom. Sitting room can accommodate a single bed if required. please note there are 2 standard size double beds, 3 single beds and 1 cot in total. One bedroom is allocated per 2 guests please confirm if a double or double plus single is required. If 2 people require a separate double room each please book for 3 people and let me know your requirements, ie the second double room will be £20 per night.Tea/coffee facility and mini fridge will be provided in the sitting room area. No kitchen but we will warm things in the microwave on request. Iron and ironing board. lovely area with beautiful views easy access to the Taff Trail. Bike Park Wales is close and so is Pen Y Fan. Trago Mills and Retail park are very near. Guest access The entire top floor attic conversion is for guest use only. 1 en-suite bathroom plus there is access to shared wet room on the floor below when booking for 3 or more guests. Walk in wardrobe with hangers provided. There is a fridge and kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. During your stay We are always available for any questions you may have whether in person, phone or text. Other things to note There are 2 flights of stairs to the attic. There are no cooking facilities We do not provide breakfast or any other meals. You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks to your room. We can warm things in our microwave on request. We do not let the rooms to separate bookings regardless if you book 1 or 2 rooms.
