German villa near the Water Tower

A two-room apartment in a 2-storey German villa in the historic part of the city. 30 meters from the water tower (symbol of Zelenogradsk) with the Murarium cat museum. You can admire it right from the window. The apartment consists of two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We tried to preserve the old German style to make you feel like a burger. The space The highlight of the apartment is fragments of exposed German brickwork, carefully restored antique parquet, sliding doors on a hanger. This is a carefully preserved story. As well as the completely reupholstered cozy soft furniture made of solid oak. The ceiling is covered with fresh polished aspen wood — all in the same style. There is a luxurious double bed in the first room and a double bed from Ikea in the second room. An extra bed can be arranged. The room has everything you need for a carefree stay, from cutlery to blankets and umbrellas. Your own courtyard. The apartment has its own fenced courtyard, which will be only at your disposal. This is a nice bonus for a family of adults and children. In the middle of a well-kept lawn stands a majestic oak tree with a century-old history. Use the swing, garden furniture, play football (there is a goal and a ball). Cook a barbecue, and in the evening add romance with the lighting of the plot.
