King sized bedroom in quiet residential area

Double bedroom which includes a King Sized Bed. The bedroom is located at the front of the house, looking onto a quiet street. There is a conservatory and kitchen to the rear of the house which guests are more than welcome to make use of. The garden has a large very sunny patio area, ideal for sitting out in summer weather. The space The house is 22 years old, I have lived in the property since new so has always been well looked after and maintained. I have been awarded super host several months running. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the conservatory, kitchen and dining room as well as private bathroom and bedroom. During your stay Both myself and my partner will be available most evening should guests require any help during their stay. Other things to note There is a regular train service into Edinburgh only 20 mins walk away. Access to the A1 is on the doorstep.
