The space The house comprises a large dining and living room with wood stove and an open-plan kitchen; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilets, a laundry room (with laundry powder), as well as a private garden. The house sits on a fully fenced 5000 sqm property which includes the owner’s home as well as a large garden and a round swimming pool (diameter 6m, depth 1.5m) : use of both is shared. In the vicinity, you can visit the castles of Biron and Bonaguil and the walled towns of Monflanquin, Monpazier, Villeréal and Pujols. Many activities are available closeby: hiking trails, fishing, canoe kayak, boat trips on the Lot, horse-riding, etc. Fully equipped open plan kitchen: fridge and seperate freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner gas cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, crockery, pots and pans etc. Cooking basics included: salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
