We have been receiving guests since 2016, and have maintained a Superhost status consecutively from the beginning. The villa's unique pool and garden area, quality amenities and a warm welcome of the true owners make our place to stand out. Feel welcome and visit us this summer! The space The authentic layout of the villa and its pool area were designed to provide maximum comfort during our guests' visit. The one-bedroom apartment is an ideal setting for couples holidays, as well as families. The apartment is spacious (50m2), has a comfortable balcony and its own barbecue area. Besides the bathroom, there is an additional toilet accessed from the hallway. The pull out sofa bed in the living room is 140 cm wide when pulled out and has quality mattress as real bed. The whole area is air-conditioned, SAT TV and wireless internet available. Guest access Besides the shared roof-covered stone-built barbecue fireplace just in front of the apartment's entrance, the guests are welcome to use the outdoor kitchen next to the pool, the complete pool area (shared with guests from the other two apartments) as well as the lawn beneath the pool where they can sit and enjoy the open view of the village and the sea. As of 2018 the pool is heated and as of 2019 we have constructed a children's playground.
