Every summer, guests from all over the world stay at Quinta Milhão for some days, combining visits to Porto, Braga, Douro Valley or Gerês National Park with sunny relaxing afternoons by the infinity pool and barbecues at sunset. Surrounded by forest, sculptural granite rocks and a blueberry plantation it is the perfect getaway for relaxation. The space Quinta Milhão Located on the slope of the lovely Penha mountain and a few minutes by car from Guimarães, a historical city considered the birthplace of Portugal and classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, Quinta Milhão is a 4ha farm with 4 guesthouses, accommodating up to 20 guests. With stunning views of the valley and sunset, each villa is private and has its own outdoor dining area, with barbecue grill. The surrounding garden and the swimming pool area are shared by all our guests. Casa da Horta Casa da Horta is located in one of the highest points of Quinta Milhão, with wide views over the mountains and the picturesque villages nearby. This house comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room with fully equipped kitchen and direct access to an outdoor dining area. It is perfect for families with two children or a group of four friends, and can accommodate up to two extra guests on the sofa bed. For those traveling with babies, we can provide a travel cot, high chair and some books and toys to entertain them! Guest access You can park your car inside the property, in the parking places located in front of the entrance gate. Other things to note Please be aware that the house is reached via a steep access road.
