There are two private entrances; on the side street and on the front porch with plenty of parking in the back. It is arranged for privacy of guests but please keep in mind that this is a shared space. I encourage courtesy between fellow guests however, if you are a person who wakes to the small noises of someone walking down a hall, this space is probably not the right fit. Guest access Guests use the front or side street entrances to come and go. There are two bathrooms down the hall and they are considered shared. There's a living room for reading watching television or drinking your morning coffee. I do not mind you studying in the livingroom as along as it is not impacting the freedoms of other guests. You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities. If there is something you forgot, I don't mind sharing if I have what you need. And parking is in the back of the house. Please park straight in from the alley and make room for four parking spaces. During your stay Most guests use the side street entrance (next to the small porch) to come and go. The bathroom is next to the kitchen and typically you'll have it to yourself. There's a living room down the hall for reading or watching television. You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities. If there is something your forgot, then I don't mind sharing. And parking is best in the back of the house. Please park straight in from the alley and make room for three parking spaces. Other things to note 1) You will have your own room key. Parking area entrance has a keypad lock and the front of the house has a lockbox. 2) Sometimes I like to enjoy grilling in the backyard. Your window faces the backyard so any backyard activity may be heard from that side of the house. We refrain from late night entertaining. 3) My paved walkways are cracked, and the wooden steps are old. Please be careful when walking around the outside. 4) I request that guests refrain from heavy colognes as I am allergic, and it is difficult to keep the space scent-free. 5) Only registered guests allowed after 8pm.
