L'allée des mondes - 31 m2 air-conditioned + pool

In a private and quiet property, located in a charming village, I invite you to come and relax in a 31 m2 fully equipped, air-conditioned, comfortable designer studio overlooking the pool. You will appreciate the cocooning atmosphere and the view of the valleys. You can discover a region rich in history, and beautiful landscapes. 2 km from Marcillac-Vallon and its vineyard, 18 km from Rodez and its Soulages Museum and 19 km from Conques, on the Chemin de Compostelle. See you soon! The space It is an independent, functional, air-conditioned and brand new studio that I am happy to make available to you. You'll find everything you need here. Integrated kitchen including large fridge, freezer compartment, oven, microwave, washing machine, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cookware, cutlery... Cleaning products and equipment. Everything except... the dishwasher! No more room ;) The living room consists of a round table and 4 chairs, two armchairs, a "storage" stool, a TV, DVD player, home theater, CD, DVD, books... The entire mezzanine is made up of two real mattresses. The upper bed needs to be light. It is for the youngest or the most alert. Normally, the very large storage closet at the entrance will be sufficient for your needs. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower cubicle. Plus the rest, spacious vanity top, large storage drawers, shelves, full-length mirror on the back of the door (hehe...)... Then, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, iron, bed sheets, duvets, bedspreads, blankets, dish towels, kitchen and bath towels, hair dryer, soaps, shower gels... even toothbrushes! And of course, Internet access. The pluses that make a difference: Air conditioning: it's not a luxury in these times. Swimming pool at your disposal, a lounge suite, deckchairs, armchairs and beach mattresses. For our biker friends, parking spaces to park their bikes, several road books (half-day or day) prepared by Sam, my spouse, a lifelong biker, and lover of his region. Finally, if you don't mind and if we are available, motorcycle ride(s)!
