The living room, kitchen and an amazing double bed are in the ground floor.The basement is a suite with a double bed , has windows and natural sunlight and provides a lounge area with a comfortable couch/bed and a dinning table. The space The first floor provides 3 bedrooms(two of them have queen size double beds and the third two comfortable single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a big frontal balkony with magnificient view to the pool and the sea. The balkony at the back is provides view to the forrest and the back yard. In the ground floor there is the living room, a fully equiped kitchen and a marvelous queen size bed . There is also the main bathroom and the front terrace of the house. The total inner living space is 157sqm. The front terrace is sheltered by a newly built in March 2019 wooden canapy ! The basement is very roomy and with natural sunlight. A fantastic suite has been created with a stylish queen double bed ,a marvelous bed couch and a cozy sitting area.It is an individual space that provides maximum seclusion in the house!
