“Casa Marisa” is an apartment located in the center of the island of Murano just minutes from Venice and in a strategic position for connections to/from the airport. The apartment is located entirely on the ground floor with a single door entrance that directly overlooks the Campo and has an exclusive private internal courtyard. The apartment is completely renovated and furnished with a family-friendly stay in mind or for small groups of friends. The space “Casa Marisa” is a property of my family, originating from generations on the island of Murano. The house, completely restored in 2017, is located on the ground floor. The furniture is modern and the space is comfortable for guests who want to spend a few days of vacation in a quiet place in the heart of the island. The entrance is single and directly overlooks the wide, tree-lined and sunny avenue called Bressagio. The space consists of a private entrance, kitchen-living room with Wi-Fi, 32-inch TV, washer-dryer, oven, full kitchen equipment and sofa. Two bedrooms with double beds of 16 and 11 sqm, from both you can access the exclusive internal Private Courtyard, where you can spend a moment of fresh and secluded relaxation. In the house it is not possible to host parties while smoking is allowed only in the internal courtyard. Quickly accessible for those arriving in Murano from the airport, Casa Marisa is a few meters from the Faro and Colonna Vaporetto stops and centrally located for a Supermarket, Bakery, Restaurants, Bars, Tobacco Shop, Pharmacy and Medical Guard as well as the famous Glass Processing Factories and the Abate Zanetti School. Check-in 3:00 p.m. - Check-out 10:00 a.m. Guest access Casa Marisa directly overlooks the large tree-lined avenue called Bressagio with exclusive entrance and single door. Once inside, you climb 2 steps to access the unit. Guests have the entire house to themselves; 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, large living area with sofa, kitchen complete with appliances and dishes including the use of washing machine-dryer. Exclusive and private internal courtyard, cozy and quiet. Other things to note Dear Guests, To complete the registration procedures required by the Police, I ask you to provide a copy of the Identity Document of each Guest. It will be easy to send a photo of the Documents (Identity Card, Driver's License or Passport) via message. At the time of Check-Out, Cash Payment of the Tourist Tax - Venice City Tax will be required: €4.00 per day for Adults over 16 years old. Reductions/Exemptions for Minors and Children.
