This spacious cottage used to be a dairy on one of Hout Bay's oldest farms. Set on a two-acre small holding, it is central and peaceful. The space Basically the Dairy consists of two rectangular rooms. The larger, upper lounge, kitchen area have a spacious beamed roof. Here there is a sectioned off area with one big bed. The lower smaller rectangular bedroom is accessed with 2 steps down from this space. It contains a big bed and to the side an optional office space. Outside the bathroom is an outdoor shower. Guest access The cottage space and bricked patios are for guest use Other things to note Please do not employ maids. The cottage will be cleaned beforehand and guests are asked to do their own basic cleanup. Cleaning equipment like dustpans and brooms are provided. If the outside patios get leafy our gardener can assist you sweeping these. We have 2 dogs on the property that are friendly. If you don't want them to touch you just say "Leave" strongly. Do not encourage them to come inside and do not feed them bits of food.
