Apartments are perfectly located in a green and tranquile place , away from overcrowded city , but still within only a few minutes drive to city center, old town, city marina, popular restourants, cafe's , shops and nightlife. The space A new and stylishly furnished studio apartment (30m²) with a stunning view over the bay, just a few steps from the beach. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, air conditioning, cable TV, free WiFi, and a built-in wardrobe with hangers and a lockable drawer. The private sea-view balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture and a privacy screen, perfect for sitting, dining, and relaxing while enjoying the peaceful bay view. (Please note: as there are balconies from neighboring apartments nearby, you may occasionally hear voices or see people.) Guests enjoy free access to an on-site parking space, sunbeds on the beach, and an outdoor shower. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen-size bed (160x200) with storage underneath and a double sofa bed that pulls out into a queen-size bed—both equipped with pillows, bed linens, and covers. For larger families or groups, the balcony divider can be folded to create a shared outdoor space connecting two apartments—ideal for spending time together while maintaining indoor privacy. Other things to note The only additional cost is local registration tax that tourists are required to pay for every day staying in Montenegro ( tourist tax is 1 euro per day per person) and needs to be done within 24 hours of your arrival, that way you are legaly registrated tourist.
