Suitable for professionals or families, with 3 double beds, 2 single beds, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is located along a lightly trafficked road, but many guests find it welcoming and functional, thanks to the many amenities provided. Access to the elevated garden during the warmer months. Note : No TV. The space Welcome to our former post house in Montcenis city. This accommodation of over 80 m², built in the 18th century, is ideal for business trips, family stays, or visits with friends. You’ll find all the necessary comforts in a spacious, convenient, and well-located place near Le Creusot. 🛏 Accommodation layout : - Bedroom : 1 double bed + 2 single beds - Living room with kitchenette : 1 double bed + sofa bed - Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail ✅ What you’ll love : - Self check-in with key box (upon request). - Easy parking right in front of the house, suitable for all types of vehicles. - Shops within walking distance: bakery, pharmacy, grocery, tobacco shop, newsstand... - Elevated private garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days. - Very spacious : plenty of room for everyone ! ℹ️ Good to know : - No TV, but reliable Wi-Fi. - Bed linen, towels, and basic essentials provided. - The accommodation is located by a road, so some traffic noise may be heard, especially during the day. Thanks to double glazing and the amenities provided, most of our guests find the place comfortable. We mention this for transparency, especially for guests sensitive to noise. - The accommodation is on the ground floor, and we live on the third floor with a separate entrance, so you’ll be completely independent. The garden is shared, but a large area is reserved for you. Guest access Individual entrance, leading to a hallway containing : Shower room + toilet at the end on the left. Bedroom on the left, then living room in continuation. Other things to note Like any place, ours has many great features — and a few little things we think it's helpful to mention. We prefer to be fully transparent by sharing some of the feedback we've received over time, to help ensure a pleasant stay and avoid any unexpected surprises 🙂 1 – The accommodation is located near a road, so you may hear some traffic noise at times. While most guests are not disturbed (thanks to shutters, curtains, and double glazing), we recommend bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. 2 – Due to the natural characteristics of the house, humidity can occasionally build up after heavy rain or sudden temperature changes. We've installed two dehumidifiers and included a short note to help keep the space comfortable : open the windows for 10 minutes a day and empty the tanks of the dehumidifiers when needed. These steps are very effective.
