Pool & Home for families

Our home is a great value for families or groups. It has the amenities of home, is very clean, spacious & comfortable. With a huge, grass, fenced yard, it is perfect for BBQs, outdoor sports, summer sprinkler fun & lawn games. Guests have access to the whole house, yard, garage, and community pool. Sky Harbor or Gateway Airport & 3 Spring Training stadiums are less than 20 min. away. The space Our home is a great value for 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms-all upstairs. The house has all the amenities of home and is very clean, spacious & comfortable. With a huge, grass, fenced yard, it is perfect for BBQs, outdoor activities, summer sprinkler fun & lawn games. The property is close to malls, parks, golf courses, & restaurants. Sky Harbor or Gateway Airport & 3 Spring Training stadiums are less than 20 min. away. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, garage, yard and community pool. Other things to note LAYOUT: All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. The 1/2 bath is downstairs but the other 2 bathrooms are upstairs. Guests have full access to the 2 car garage but there is no remote garage door opener. PET POLICY: We love pets but they are not allowed in the home or on the premises. If there is any evidence that a pet has been in the home or yard we will assess an extra $150 cleaning fee as well as add additional fees for any damage. With special, very limited permission and a security deposit we will consider exceptions. HOUSE RULES: This is a NO-SMOKING, NO-PARTY house. If there is evidence that either activity took place, we will charge $150 for the extra cleaning we will have to do. Fees for any damage will be additionally charged. POOL INFORMATION: The community pool is less than a block from the house. Only the community's 50 or so residents have card-keys. Card-keys are coded to each residence so the HOA can track who is in the pool and when. The pool is open to adults from 5:00am to 10:00pm. Unaccompanied children (under 14) may use the pool between 8:00am to 8:00pm. There is no lifeguard at the pool. DO NOT send younger children to be supervised by older children. The pool has security cameras. Rules are STRICTLY enforced. Violation of the rules will cause pool access to be denied immediately and for the next 30 days. In addition, the HOA can assess fees of up to $300. By using the pool, you agree to pay fees and costs incurred for any violation of the rules. This includes lost revenue from guests who cancel their reservations because your violation of rules made the pool unavailable.
