Cigale Burzet Gîte

Spacious village house on 2 levels, our cottage is located on the main square of the small village of Burzet, labeled a green resort for its quality of life in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. You will live a few meters from the shops, the river and hiking departures and right next to our small village bar where we will be happy to welcome you upon arrival and throughout your stay to give you all our tips on the region. The space The cottage is fully equipped and end-of-stay cleaning is included so you can enjoy every moment spent in Burzet: - Linens and towels provided (beds made upon arrival), shower mats, dish towels; - Coffee (filter coffee maker, filters are provided), tea, infusions, cocoa, sugar cubes, powdered sugar, etc. - Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar; - Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, cleaning products, toilet paper; - And much more (List of 50 amenities in the house under "what the accommodation offers" in the listing...) The cottage is located on the last 2 floors of a nice house with private access from the street: - The entrance to the cottage is on the small terrace of our village bar overlooking the main street of Burzet and the Market Square. - 1st floor: You will need to take a staircase to reach the large living/dining room, kitchen and balcony. - 2nd floor: another staircase will take you to the two bedrooms and the bathroom/WC. The first bedroom is equipped with a 140 X 190 bed and the second with 90 X 190 twin beds (which you can easily push together to make a king size bed). The two large wooden staircases could be difficult to use for people who do not have full mobility. The balcony, the living room and the bedrooms of the house (equipped with double glazed windows) overlook the main street of the village, the Market Square and the small terrace of our village bar. During your stay, you will therefore live to the rhythm of the sounds of our small village (especially during the first 3 weeks of August). Our gîte and its central location may therefore not be suitable for people who prefer to be isolated in absolute calm but, as you can discover in our many comments, it will be perfect if you prefer: - A sincere and warm welcome and hosts available at any time if there is anything you need; - Leave your car in the parking lot during your stay and walk to do your shopping, go swimming in the river, eat at the restaurant and walk our many marked hiking trails; - Discover and enjoy the peaceful life of an authentic Ardèche village, the hospitality of its inhabitants and their good plans. We also provide you, but only upon prior request: - A baby crib (linen not included); - A room on the ground floor of the house to store your bikes; - Our electric vehicle charging socket outside the house or at the garage 50 meters from the house. Guest access Upon arrival, you can park on the market square, in front of the house, to unload your car. Then you can park in one of the two free parking lots that are 100 meters from the house.
