Humble Rock is located in a quiet & verdant neighborhood in Candolim. It is located at a walkable distance of 700m from the beach and close to the main Aguada-Candolim road. With lush green surroundings, a pool to dip into on a sunny afternoon and a team of caretakers to pamper you during your stay, it does not get any better for a Goan susegad vacation. The space Villa Humble Rock (Blue) is a 3 BHK villa located in an independent property sharing the swimming pool with another villa (Yellow) within the premises. It is located in a peaceful stretch in the heart of Candolim, North Goa. It is a fully serviced unit with the layout as below BEDROOMS Three bedrooms with ensuite washrooms & AC with one of them located on the ground floor. The bedroom on the balcony has a verandah while those on the top floor have a balcony each. LIVING AREA The ground floor has a living area with an AC and an LED TV while there's also a living area on the top floor also opening up to a spacious open terrace. Both the living spaces are furnished with comfortable seating arrangements for people to have a cozy social time. KITCHEN The villa has a fully functional kitchen on the ground floor with a modular setup and top of the line amenities for a large family to access it with ease. While the kitchen and its facilities are open for the guests to use by themselves, meals can also be prepared by our caretaker for additional service charges. DINING SPACE Adjoining the kitchen is a dining space with seating for 6 people. We also have a baby high chair for those who need one. There is also a full washroom with a shower area near the dining space for common access within the villa. SWIMMING POOL We have a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi adjacent to it. It is situated right between our two villas - Blue & Yellow and the access is common to both set of guests. If the other villa is vacant, you have all the privacy to use it. RECREATION ROOM We have a common recreation room that has a pool table at the centre, a carrom board, board games & books for people to read & relax. Guest access Guess have complete private access to Blue Villa and the spaces within. The guests who have booked the listing shall have exclusivity to the villa. The access to the swimming pool and the recreation room is common to guests of both villas. It is to be noted that proper decorum shall need to be ensured here for both the groups to have a quality time enjoying these spaces. We also have a team of caretakers tending to both the villas. Two of them stay in the premises within their private quarters. Other things to note ** COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST ** Guests are requested to choose one among the below choices for their complimentary breakfast 1. Masala Omelette (2 eggs) with 4 butter toasts per plate 2. Upma with two boiled eggs per plate 3. 2 Aloo/Gobi/Pyaaz Paratha with curd, butter & pickle per plate 4. Two vegetable sandwiches per plate 5. Egg bhurji (2 eggs) with 3 plain parantha per plate 6. Poha with two boiled eggs per plate 7. Poori with aloo-tamatar bhaji (4 poori per plate) The choice shall be accompanied with a cup of tea or coffee. Please note that only one among the above shall be chosen for the entire group. If any guest or group requires an additional item from the above apart from the complimentary dish, an extra charge of Rs.100/- per person shall be applied. *** LUNCH & DINNER *** We have a fully functional kitchen within the villa where guests can prepare their own meals. If you wish to avail our team's services to get lunch and/or dinner prepared, extra service charges shall be applicable which shall need to be checked with our team before. Inclusions - Fetching raw materials on cost-to-cost basis - Caretaker's services in preparing the meals - Washing the utensils Exclusions - Cost of Raw materials *** BARBEQUE SESSIONS *** Setup cost - Rs. 800/- (includes charcoal & lighting up) Service Charges (if help in marination & grilling is opted for) shall be applicable extra which shall need to be checked with the team. Raw materials will be extra, and can be fetched on cost-to-cost basis if available in Candolim area. *** DAILY HOUSEKEEPING *** Housekeeping services are provided once-a-day between 11 AM to 2 PM if required to be carried out in the guests' presence. If not, with the guests' prior permission, it shall be carried out anywhere between 2 PM to 6 PM by the staff. Daily housekeeping includes change of towels if needed, doing up the bedding and cleaning rooms & washrooms. Sheets & covers are changed once in 4 days. If someone requires a change earlier, extra charges shall be applicable for the same. Utensil washing is charged extra if the services are to be opted from the caretaker. *** COMPLIMENTARY HAMPER *** We provide a complimentary set of tea, coffee, sugar & milk powder sachets as part of your stay experience. In addition, we also provide a complimentary set of toiletries set up once for a stay of upto 5 nights.
