Guest access Access to whole property Other things to note There is no dedicated parking for the property - but there is ample on street parking. Heating is controlled by a NEST thermostat. Guests can adjust the heat themselves but it is capped at 21 degrees. We can also arrange for the heating to come on at set times to ensure the house is warm when you need it (ie morning before you get up, evening before you get home.) Please contact us prior to booking if you think you will need the temperature in excess of 21 degrees and we can arrange an additional heating charge. Bathroom is downstairs on ground floor. Bedrooms are upstairs on first floor.
