Separate lounge with TV and Virgin Media. Bright, modern bathroom with bath and shower. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The space We lived in the property for 13 years and slowly refurbished every room. Although the property is close to Birmingham city centre it is extremely quiet and perfect for business trips, family holidays or a city getaway. The house is over 120 years old and is terrace style. Despite its age it is extremely cosy and warm. Private access to enclosed garden with courtyard patio area. Guest access Access to whole property Other things to note There is no dedicated parking for the property - but there is ample on street parking. Heating is controlled by a NEST thermostat. Guests can adjust the heat themselves but it is capped at 21 degrees. We can also arrange for the heating to come on at set times to ensure the house is warm when you need it (ie morning before you get up, evening before you get home.) Please contact us prior to booking if you think you will need the temperature in excess of 21 degrees and we can arrange an additional heating charge. Bathroom is downstairs on ground floor. Bedrooms are upstairs on first floor.
