The building provides luxurious accommodation and facilities a community lifestyle for its residents. Swimming pool and gym are all within the complex. ☆Free swimming pool and gym. ☆Fresh market, local food in the area next to the building. ☆Taxis are always available in front of the lobby. ☆GrabBike/GrabCar is always around here, very easy to take. The building is patrolled 24/7 by security guards and staff. It is away from noisy tourist hubs but still very in the heart of city, right at the border of Distric 4 and District 1, and on the main route when traveling - Sky garden on the 25th floor - Infinity swimming pool on the 5th floor (Tower A, same tower as the apartment) - Roof top Swimming pool on the 28th floor (Tower B). You can walk to Tower B, take elevator to the 27th floor, then take staircase to the 28th floor The river is right in front of the tower A.
