Ft. 4BR/3BA Single Family Home w/Heatable Pool & Media/Game Room. We are located on Monroe Street in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood Hills in Hollywood, Florida. Situated on a 1/4 acre lot, the home also provides a circular driveway that holds 4 cars. The open & airy living room welcomes you as you enter the home. It features two plush leather couches and loveseat. In addition there is a unique center table that houses four ottomans allowing seating for twelve. The dining room area features a wood table with seating for eight, a chandelier and a large glass hutch. Patio access is via Sliding Glass Doors. The kitchen is equipped with service for 16 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature an electric stove, a single oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. The master bedroom features a king size pillow top four post bed, patio access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two nightstands and an armoire with a HDTV. The master bathroom is spacious and well appointed. It features a marble countertop and a large two-person shower with a privacy wall. To ensure your level of comfort, the bathroom also has a large window with privacy glass, and it is also air-conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is very large and features two queen size platform beds, a dresser and a center nightstand, a lighted ceiling fan and a HDTV providing over 200 channels. The shared 2nd bathroom is spacious and well appointed. It features a marble counter top with double sinks and mirrors. The bathtub also provides a shower. To ensure your level of comfort, the bathroom also has a large window with privacy glass and it is also air-conditioned. The 3rd bedroom is large and features two full size beds and one twin size bed, a dresser and a nightstand, a lighted ceiling fan and a HDTV. The 4th bedroom (2nd Master) is very large and features a queen size sleigh bed, a dresser with two nightstands, a lighted ceiling fan, pool/patio access, a bar with two stools and a HDTV. The 4th bedroom (2nd Master) bathroom features a marble countertop with a single sink and matching mirror. The large two person shower also features a hand held shower head for your comfort. To ensure your level of comfort, the bathroom also has a large window with privacy glass and it is also air-conditioned. The highlight of the home is our 24' x 24' media/game room. It features 6 home theater seats that recline fully and a 4K HDTV providing you with a surround sound experience for the thousands of hit movies and prime time shows accessible. This room has a separate exit and an additional wall mounted air-conditioner to keep you cool. The media/game room also provides a 8' adult pool table, 3 Billiard Spectator Chairs, a ping pong table and a Foosball table. You can also use this room as a 5th bedroom with the roll-away bed in the home. Outside there is plenty of seating and a 19" LCD HDTV, a gas barbecue grill, charcoal barbecue grill and a full size side by side refrigerator with filtered water/ice dispenser all under a covered veranda with 3 lighted ceiling fans. The large 15' x 30' heatable swimming pool is screened and private. Behind the pool there is a gated open yard area for the kids to play with a large avocado shade tree and a swing set. There is also a covered carport in the rear of the home accessible by the alley way that provides access to the outdoor ping pong table. 1GB Internet access is provided by the workstation and laptop on site and wireless access is available as well as a printer being provided. The utility room contains a washer/dryer and wash basin.
