Lovely, self-contained large double, great village

Lovely, large, calm room with en suite and own entrance with lock box for self check-in. Beautiful views of the River Teign Valley with glimpse of the river itself from the south facing patio. Gorgeous village close to the popular sea side town of Teignmouth yet only 20 minutes from Dartmoor. Room includes some unique Asian furniture, a wonderful, comfortable king size bed and great ensuite with double sink, toilet, large shower and bath. There is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster & kettle. The space The room is large enough for a great king size bed, lots of interesting wooden furniture, a lovely comfy chair with footstool and a desk area. There is a small, sunny, private patio for sitting outside and enjoying the views of the beautiful family garden and tidal river. Included is a hairdryer, iron and board, linen and towels for the room (if you want to visit the seaside then please bring your own beach towel!) and a full tea tray including kettle for tea/coffee/hot chocolate making. There are also a number of maps and books about the local area for you to use while you stay so you can enjoy your exploring! There is a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge and basic cutlery and crockery for simple meals to be prepared. Crockery, cutlery and hot drink facilities in Chinese cabinet opposite fridge. Guest access Room has its own entrance accessed via one flight of external stairs. There is a small, sunny patio for your use with a seating area to enjoy the views. There is a large garden, which is part of the family home, but you can enjoy the scenery and views across it. Note: the drive is shared, as is the external access to the room, but once you are there it is entirely yours! Other things to note There is a basic kitchenette but also there are 3 pubs and 2 cafes within walking distance and lots of restaurants in Teignmouth (a 10 minute drive away) so you won't go hungry or thirsty!
