The Strandnest is located in the front row, right on the shore of Lake Fleesensee; the sandy beach with a large lawn is just a few steps away. Families with children particularly benefit from the climbing area right outside the door, the playground equipment, and a water playground. Couples and seniors appreciate the wide range of leisure activities available in the immediate vicinity. Whether it's relaxing walks, varied cycling and hiking routes, water sports, or a round of golf. The space The living space, measuring approximately 75 m² (807 sq. ft.), stretches over 2 levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette, including Stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a small bathroom with a toilet. There is also a baby/toddler bed in the larger bedroom. For families with children, there are a number of amenities available in the house: a baby crib, a high chair, a step stool for the bathroom, a stair gate on the upper floor, and a flexible bed safety rail. There is a small selection of toys, books, and board games. The apartment includes a terrace with a table and chairs, an umbrella, and a barbecue grill, so you can also enjoy warm days outside. In front of the house, you can go directly onto a large, well-maintained, public beach lawn with a playground and a sandy beach. There is a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a climbing area, and a water playground. Some play equipment and digging tools are available in the utility room. The apartment also includes a car parking space in the carport on the property. There is also a 7kW Wallbox for charging electric cars. We will be happy to provide you with information about usage options and prices. There is Wi-Fi internet access in the house and a coin-operated washing machine in the utility room, which is available for both apartments. Due to the location of the house, there is no satellite or cable reception. The TV, or a TV box connected to the TV, is connected to the Internet, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies via various apps (e.g., media libraries or streaming services). You are welcome to use your Netflix or Prime Video streaming subscriptions on it. Unfortunately, our cleaning company does not offer a laundry service, so you will either need to bring your own bed linens and towels or you can book a laundry service through us. He will deliver the linens to the house before your arrival and make them available for you there. Guest access The cottage is located in Untergöhren, a district of Göhren-Lebbin situated directly on Lake Fleesensee. The nearest larger town is the island city of Malchow, about 6 km (3.7 miles) away. The closest highway exit is the Waren (Müritz) exit on the A19. If you are arriving by car, a parking space is available on the property. Arrival by train is possible; the nearest train station is in Malchow. From there, there is even a bus to Göhren-Lebbin in the summer. Waren (Müritz) is more popular. From there, however, it is a good 20 km (12 miles) to the house. To access the beach path, which is closed during the summer months, our guests will receive a transponder to open the gate. The key is usually handed over on site via a key safe, so you are not bound to any specific times when you arrive.
