Nature & Country House in Casa del Río, Segovia

This beautiful two-storey house is located in Torre Val de San Pedro, a typical Castilian village, only 4kms from Navafría and 8/10 mins. from Pedraza and Segovia. It is a picturesque century-old house, cozy and full of character in the middle of nature with direct views to the Guadarrama mountain range and next to a river, which borders its facade and gives it its name: La Casa del Río. With capacity for up to 8 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space The 'Casa del Río', has two floors: in the upper floor you can find: - a living room area with 2 sofas, two vintage seats, a TV, a fireplace and access to the garden. - a dining area open to the living room - an independent kitchen equipped according to the list of services - a large bedroom with two beds (105cm king size) and access to - a large bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub and views to the mountain. - 2 cozy and well-kept gardens with ash trees, prunus and cypresses in the middle of a rustic meadow. In the upper floor you can find: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190) and access to - 1 small bathroom with shower - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 80x200 - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 It is a warm and cozy space in the winter and very cool and fresh in the summer, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The house has heating with radiators in the rooms and is controlled by thermostat in the living room. It is possible to park next to the property. The coffee machine is Italian. The crib has a mattress and sheets. There WiFi and central heating, but no AC, no fans, which are not necessary because the house is very fresh and cool in the summer. In the village there is a baker service that arrives by van, his service is not daily but if you need his services we can provide you with his contact. There is also a supermarket at 8min by car in Navafría. Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959 & Decree 450/1975. For legal reasons, we need all over 15 years old travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival.
