Sundown: Tiny Home near Wimberley Square *hot tub*

Sundown is an adorable tiny home retreat tucked away in nature amongst the sprawling oak trees yet minutes away from Wimberley Square and local award winning restaurants, artisan shops, swimming holes, breweries, vineyards and more. Our stylish home was carefully curated with modern amenities, 70's inspired decor and a gorgeous and secluded outdoor area featuring several places to kick back and relax under the stars. The space This tiny home is perfect for those who like to camp and be in nature, but want access to the luxuries of modern life. It's great for those who want solitude and privacy but access to amenities close by such as grocery stores (HEB & Brookshire Brothers - 3 min drive), Wimberley Square restaurants and shopping (4 min drive), Blue Hole Regional Park (6 min drive), and so on. Everything is within just a few minutes! This tiny home is equipped with a choice of two sleeping areas. There is a loft bed above the kitchen area with a queen bed that is accessed by a ladder. Please note that this is a small loft fitting the queen bed only. If you'd prefer not to sleep in the loft, the sofa also converts to a queen bed. We have a fully stocked tiny kitchen that includes a two burner electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, cookware, dishes and utensils. The main living area is equipped with a smart TV, Roku for streaming and wifi. The outdoor space includes a large and private fenced yard. On one of two decks you will find a hot tub for two. We also have a fire pit, two seating areas, a charcoal grill, picnic table for al fresco dining, a double hammock and cornhole! We are dog lovers and believe our outdoor area is great for your well behaved dog. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We allow one pet which you can include in the booking. Please reach out to discuss if you'd like to bring an additional pet (subject to additional fee). All pets must remain on the property and not wander onto our neighbors land. Barking dogs must be taken inside.
