A delightful, modern, petite wooden chalet located on Monmouth beach in Lyme Regis, overlooking the Jurassic coastline, famous Cobb and fossiling areas including the ammonite graveyard. A unique design, 10/15 minutes walking distance of the main town, shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect location for a relaxing break watersports enthusiasts, fossil hunting, walkers or artists. No pets. No EV charging on site (nearest available within 500m) The space Great for couples or single person - Approx 13 sq mt but well laid out. There are stairs to a double mezzanine sleeping area (with bag storage space to side & end of mattress NB: mezzanine allows sitting room with extra but not standing room), compact downstairs lounge, kitchen area (with oven, microwave & fridge) and shower room. The mezzanine has an opening boat hatch, amplifying the sound of the sea lulling guests to sleep. The window above the bed gives a wonderful view of the night skies. Outside is a private balcony overlooking the beach (wind break & sun canopy available), accessed by steps or ramp from a private parking space directly behind. Fantastic views over the beach, reefs and towards the Cobb. Can be wonderfully rugged outside (tip: bring suitable outdoor clothing & footwear) but beautifully snug inside. Guest access I will send details (& directions if required), and key code a few days before your arrival and I am on hand if you need anything. Please be aware that Key safe is low down. Other things to note No pets. One private parking space for car (no motorhomes or large vehicles) behind chalet, but there is extra parking available in the very nearby local public car parks. No EV charging facility on site. NO VISITOR PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE.
