The space The 45 m2 apartment is furnished for 2 to 4 people + baby. Minimum reservation of 2 nights. Located in Lyaud, in a village house (quiet and in the countryside) with private parking. It is located on the ground floor of our house with a small and a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers (20m2). The entrance is private with a storage cupboard and pantry. The living room opens onto the terrace, it is equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, carpet, a table and 4 chairs, a flat screen TV with box and wifi (fiber). The kitchen (equipped with crockery) is open to the living room and opens onto a small terrace at the front of the house. equipped with an oven, a microwave, induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a dining area with chair and bench seat. You will also find a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and an electric coffee maker. You will find a breakfast tray with tea and coffee, especially for short stays. The bathroom – WC is equipped with a towel radiator, a corner bathtub and a washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140/190) and a wardrobe. Bed and bathroom linen are provided. .
