Open living space, a kitchen equipped, and a balcony with seating area to enjoy the view and the fresh air. The space 3 bedrooms, two-storey villa in the heart of Seminyak. Located close to Jl. Kayu Aya, THE MAIN STREET of Seminyak with all the fancy restaurants, bars, night clubs, designer shops, beautiful beaches and but still keep you in a total privacy! The villa is spacious and cozy with the a crystal clear swimming pool and a balcony on the second floor to enjoy the view with seating area, or you even can do yoga while feeling the breeze and fresh air. FULLY EQUIPPED open space KITCHEN with a gas stove, microwave, fridge, dishes and cookware, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Dining area with a big teak wood table and chairs for 6 people. Spacious OPEN LIVING ROOM with sofas, LED TV, to make you relax with the pool view. Master bedrooom with air-conditioned and ensuite bathroom located in the first floor. While 2 big spacious air conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom located in the second floor. SPACIOUS BALCONY with comfortable lounge zone and nice view to swimming pool and garden. For the LAUNDRY: please note that we do not have washer and dryer at the villa but you can give your dirty laundry to the villa housekeeping staff and they will drop it to nearby laundry that we are partnering with and bring it back to you the next day along with the receipt. Our Villa is included a dedicated GRO who will be pleased to assist you with any other request and help you to organize private car with driver, scooter rentals, day trips, taxi, restaurant reservations, laundry, babysitters, yoga instructors, massage/spa therapist and more. This villa is also baby friendly, we can organize baby cot, high chair or pool fence easily. Please text us with your specific requirements. NOTE: - No smoking inside the villa. - We provide daily cleaning services. - Towel and bedsheet changing twice a week. - For monthly rent, electricity is not included in the price. (The guests have to pay the electricity) - For the monthly rent, we require a deposit of 10% of the total amount which will be refunded after check-out. - There is a security deposit of IDR 1,000,000 for the pet (refundable if there is no damage after check-out) Breakfast can be prepared by our staff upon request with extra costs, please give one day's notice. Other things to note Please note that Bali is a tropical destination, so you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife, particularly near gardens and open-air areas. From time to time, this can include geckos, ants, butterflies, birds, and other insects, this is a normal part of island life and these visitors are generally harmless. If anything makes you uncomfortable during your stay, please let us know right away and we’ll be happy to assist. Early Arrivals and Late Departures: - If you expect to arrive early in the morning and would like an immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. For the early check-in we will try to accommodate you but we couldn’t guarantee, it is subject to the villa availability. - Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags in villa till the time you need go to the airport. For the late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge.
