Please note that the second bedroom will be ALWAYS locked and only opened if the booking is for more than 2 persons. A pool is common to the whole building, safe but not fenced and not too crowded. Free wifi and parking. Not only it offers a pool, the location is close to some of our best beaches in Madeira and water sports. The Natural sea proctected area is also very close. Absolutely fantastic for people that are paixonated for diving and sea sports. Many coffees, the best bakery in Madeira and all amenities in a walking distance. The view is breathtaking and the privacy is total. Absolutely nice, comfortable and spacey. We can help you with transfers from the airport, but in case you have your own car can be parked for free inside the building. Please note that check in till 10pm is free, after that there will be a surcharge of 50€ to be paid in cash on arrival. Check out is always at 10am. Guest access The access to the second room is permited only for bookings for more than 2 persons. We don´t live at the place so you need to contact us before leaving the airport so we will have time to get there. Phone is always the best way to keep close contact. Other things to note The location is in the city of Garajau, not coutry side. Due to that, any kind of city noise, traffic, building works or events may occure in this location, with us being completely unaware and can not be responsable for these occurrences.
