Near Port Charlotte or Sarasota Malls, Movie Theater, golfing, restaurants & Warm Mineral Spring (6 miles away). The space NO PETS or SMOKING in the house or the outside property. Guest have access to Kitchen, Wi-Fi, Pool, Washer & Dryer available. We have cameras set up in the common areas like the entry way, driveway, living room, lanai and outside pool deck area.
