This home is in a great location only a 10 minute walk to downtown Lake Oswego where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping. It's also just a five minute walk from the Willamette River, so bring your kayaks and SUPs to explore all that Lake Oswego has to offer, or take a short Uber ride (10 minutes) into downtown Portland. Lastly, the lot is next to one of the oldest homes in Lake Oswego and part of the Lake Oswego historical society. Large living room / kitchen with new appliances if a home-cooked meal is what you're after. Cozy up on the couch in front of a 60'' TV to watch the game or your favorite show, then have a warm soak in our clawfoot tub with some candles and a bottle of wine from our local winery just a short bike-ride away. Just off the bedroom you'll find a private back porch with a view of the lake - a perfect place to enjoy that steaming cup of coffee in the morning.
