Great location

Fantastically located clean and tidy single room. The house is perfect for guests looking for a quiet house is (with exception of holidays when the grandchildren visit). Located a short distance from the house are two station taking you to the heart of central and east London (15 mins to London Victoria and 15 mins to East London). There are two local high streets where you will find plenty of cafes, supermarkets and shops for your every day necessities. The space (Female Guests Only) A comfortable single room in quiet friendly. You will have your own single room with access to bathroom, toilet kitchen, dining room and front room. There's more than enough freezer space, a little limited on the fridge space however we will make space for you and we will free up some cupboard space for for dry food, please ask if you require this. We also have a largish garden for London so most welcome to use that space. A quiet family neighburhood fantastically located for Central London and East London. There are a few parks close by but the best has to Crystal Palace park which is full of history and attracts people from all over the country and world. Sydenham High street is full of lovely cafes and many shops and supermarkets, perfect for a stroll on a sunday morning. Also close by are big retail shops such as NEXT and Oasis. Beckenham and Crystal Palace are a short bus ride away (10-15min) and both have many clubs and bars to spend your weekends. Generally a lovely quiet neighbourhood with great easy access to most things you'd want as a traveller. The house is located 3mins walk from Penge East station (15mins and 5 stops to London Victoria station) and 7 minutes from Sydenham station (20mins and 5 stops on southern train to London Bridge station or 20 mins via Overground line to Whitechapel) so it is very conveniently located for those wanting to sight-see London and want great easy transport links. Lewisham shopping center is 20-30mins on the bus 75 from Sydenham hish street (7mins walk). Bromley shopping center is 20min on the bus 227 from Penge High Street (10mins walk from the house). Beckenham High street where there is a cinema and lovely restaurants is only 15mins on bus 194 (3mins walk from house is the bus stop) We have one bathroom and two toilets. Guest access Guests will have access to all communal areas of the house except the front room. During your stay Always happy to answer any questions, where I am unable to help, I have adult children who are able to support with any questions. Other things to note Please also note that no visitors are also allowed. All doors and windows particularly important is the from door must be close securely at all times. During school holidays my grandchildren may come to visit We do not allow any pork or alcohol products in the house.
