Located on Hernalser Hauptstrasse, the apartment faces a very quiet side street. The city center of Vienna can be reached by public transport in just 20 minutes. There is a taxi stand right in front of the door, as well as the tram stations for line 43 & 9. The bus station for the line 10A is just one block away. The apartment consists of a lovingly furnished sleeping and living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping-living area offers you a comfortable bed (140x200), a sofa bed (120x200) which we are happy to prepare for you if you wish and a fold-out dining table with 2 chairs. There is also a wardrobe and storage space for your personal items. WiFi and a smart TV are available at all times. The TV can be turned so that you can watch films from the couch or from the comfort of your bed. The kitchen has all the important appliances, such as an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer combination. Of course, you will also find a little basic equipment for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, pots, pans, etc.). There is also a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen area with a selection of teas and coffees that we have prepared for you. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. It has a shower, a washbasin with a mirror and a toilet. There you will also find a basic set of hygiene articles (toilet paper, towels, soap, etc.) Of course there is also a hair dryer, and if you have forgotten something, a selection of emergency toiletries is available for your use (toothpaste, cotton swabs, disposable razors, etc.). The wide window sills in the living room invite you to read comfortably in the sun. You can of course also use the washing machine in the bathroom. Detergent, clothes horse, ironing board and iron, as well as a vacuum cleaner can be found in the kitchen or in the closet in the living room. There are also parking spaces in front of the residential building, but these are part of the Vienna short-term parking zone and only free of charge on weekends or public holidays. Therefore, we are offering a free-of-charge parking space in a nearby garage (140m). There is only a hight-limitation for vehicles of max. 2,10m.
