Modern apartment with a private entrance in the heart of lovely Gosforth. A central apartment with one double bedroom with recently renovated en-suite, and separate children's room and a large kitchen/diner perfect for entertaining. There is also a cosy and inviting living room. This is a spacious apartment perfect for relaxing in the centre of Gosforth. The apartment is ideally situated close to Gosforth's shops and restaurants, as well as transport links - bus, metro, roads - to other areas. The space There are two bedrooms, one with a comfortable kingsize bed, a memory foam mattress and quality bed linen. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. The children's bedroom has a bathroom directly next door. There is a large kitchen-diner, with electric oven, two microwaves, dishwasher, gas hob and many other conveniences. The kitchen is a large space, perfect for entertaining, with a dining table to seat 6, and a sitting area with two cosy chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a child's room. There are plenty of toys and books which you are welcome to use. There is a floor bed in the room but a travel cot is also available upon request. The king bedroom, Kitchen and living room all have TVs with Amazon Fire TV sticks, and we have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. Guest accounts are already logged in and are ready to use straight away. Amazon Echos (Alexa) are in the bedroom, kitchen and sitting room, and can be used to play music or control the fire TVs. As well as a cot, we have a high chair and other baby toys/equipment - please let us know if you require them. There is a washer-drier in the utility cupboard, which you are welcome to use. Detergent and fabric conditioner are provided. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment throughout your stay. Other things to note Although the property is in a very central location there is very little noise at night. The two bathrooms have recently been renovated and a few other improvments are taking place before our next trip so some things might look slightly different than in the pictures as we're currently busy making it an even better and inviting space :-)
